The first step is the Harvest, where Coffee Pickers pick only
the ripe red cherry coffee starting at the top of the farm and
continuing to the bottom. Then, the workers will start again at
the top of the farm. This is called one round of picking and this takes about 21 days.
Typically there will be 5 to 6 rounds
of picking and we will have about 24 coffee pickers who will
each pick 250 to 400 pounds of coffee each day.
